Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Haul Yeah! ("we," "us," or "our"), a junk removal and hauling business serving Denton County and Northern DFW, Texas. By booking a service or submitting a quote request, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Haul Yeah! provides junk removal, hauling, estate cleanouts, hoarder cleanups, light demolition, storm and yard debris removal, donation delivery, and related services. Specific services and pricing are described on our website and in your written quote.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided based on photos, descriptions, or in-person assessment. Photo-based quotes are firm for the items and conditions shown. If the actual scope of work differs from what was represented, we will present a revised quote on-site before beginning work. The Client may accept the revised quote, negotiate, or decline at no cost.

If the actual scope is smaller than represented, we will adjust the price downward on-site. Surcharges for special-handling items (refrigerators, electronics, mattresses, heavy materials, etc.) are quoted upfront and will not be added without prior agreement.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH transfer, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. A card on file may be required at booking but will not be charged until work is complete or the Client accepts a deposit arrangement (typical for estate cleanouts, hoarder cleanups, and demolition projects).

Net-30 invoicing terms may be extended to commercial accounts after three (3) completed jobs at our discretion. Late payments on Net-30 accounts may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations made more than four (4) hours before the scheduled arrival window are free. Cancellations inside the four-hour window may incur a $50 fee. We waive cancellation fees if we no-show, arrive significantly outside the agreed window, or if you decline a revised on-site quote.

5. Items we cannot accept

We cannot accept the following due to landfill regulations and EPA requirements:

We will not knowingly transport these materials. If prohibited items are concealed within a job and discovered during loading, we may decline to complete the job or charge additional handling and disposal fees.

6. Property and client items

The Client is responsible for confirming all items intended for removal before work begins. We rely on the Client's direct identification of what is to be hauled. Once an item is loaded and removed from the property, it cannot be recovered. We strongly encourage the Client to remove or set aside any valuables, sentimental items, or documents before our arrival.

For absentee jobs (where the Client is not present), the Client must clearly designate items for removal via photographs, text, or written instructions. We take before-and-after photos and send them to absentee Clients for confirmation.

7. Property damage

We carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance and full commercial auto coverage. In the event of property damage caused by our negligence during service, we will work in good faith to repair or compensate the Client for the damage. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion and documented with photographs.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by structural defects (e.g., weak flooring, unstable walls), or damage caused by the Client's misrepresentation of the property.

8. Donations and disposal

We make reasonable efforts to donate usable items to Goodwill North Texas, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and other local charities. The Client acknowledges that once items are removed from the property, we have sole discretion over disposal method (donation, recycling, or landfill). Donation receipts are available upon request for items where the receiving charity provides documentation.

9. Photographs and marketing

We may take photographs of items, completed work, and the trailer with hauled items for our internal records and for marketing purposes. We will not photograph identifying details of a property (street address signage, license plates, personal photographs of Clients or family members) or post identifiable images of a Client's home without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haul Yeah! and its representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from services provided. Our total liability for any single job shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that job, except in cases of property damage covered under our insurance policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at haulyeahntx.com/terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
