Demo questions

The stuff folks usually ask.

Yes. For swing sets, playsets, and basketball goals, we pull the concrete footings and ground anchors out as part of the teardown. The yard is ready to seed or sod when we leave.
We drain them. Bring a garden hose hookup if you've got it. Most drain in 1-2 hours while we tear it down. We disconnect electrical and gas where applicable (we'll point out anything that needs a licensed electrician beforehand).
Trampoline: 30-45 minutes. Metal swing set: 1-2 hours. Wooden playset: 2-4 hours. Hot tub: 3-5 hours including drain. Above-ground pool: 4-6 hours. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Just tell us when you book. We'll set aside whatever you want kept — slide, glider, fittings, whatever — and haul the rest.
Yes for sheds and small outbuildings. Larger structures (garages, additions) we'd handle differently — call us and we'll talk through whether it's something we take or whether we'd refer you to a licensed demolition contractor for that specific job.
