Frequently asked

The stuff folks
usually ask.

No fine print, no catches. If we haven't covered your question, text or call us at (940) 202-9770 — we'd rather talk to a person too.

Pricing & Quotes

Most jobs run $135 to $595. Single items have flat prices listed on our pricing page. Multi-item jobs are priced by trailer volume — text us 2-5 photos and we'll quote within 30 minutes. Big projects (estates, demo) get a free in-person walkthrough.
Three ways: book a single item online in 60 seconds with the price shown upfront, text photos of multi-item piles for a flat quote, or request a free walkthrough for big projects. No phone tag, no salesman pressure.
Yes — every quote is free and no-obligation. Walk away anytime at no cost.
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only surcharges are listed publicly (fridge/freezer, TV, mattress, heavy materials, upstairs access) and applied transparently before booking.
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, cash, and check. Payment due when the job is complete, not before.
We don't play the lowball game — we price fair the first time. But if you've got a written quote from a reputable competitor and it's lower than ours, text it to us and we'll take a look.
We adjust down on the spot. Less stuff than expected? You pay less than quoted. Marine's word.
We'll show you a revised quote before we start any work. Decline anytime at no cost.

What We Haul

Almost anything that isn't hazardous: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, hot tubs, yard waste, construction debris, estate contents, exercise equipment, scrap metal, and just about anything else cluttering up your space. See our full services list.
Local landfills won't accept paint or liquids, batteries, tires, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, or roofing shingles. We list local alternatives on our Haul No section so you know where to take them.
Yes — there's a $60 surcharge per unit to cover EPA-required refrigerant recovery (or $175 flat as a single-item pickup). Same for AC units.
Yes. Hot tubs are one of our most common single-item jobs. We break them down on-site and haul everything off in one visit.
Yes — that falls under our light demolition service. Tear it down, haul it off, sweep up. Starts around $400 depending on size and materials.
Yes — drywall, lumber, flooring, fixtures. There's a $100-$150 surcharge for heavy loads since landfills charge by weight for this category.
Absolutely. Storm cleanups, brush piles, tree limbs, and acreage cleanups are a big part of what we do.

Service & Location

Denton County and Northern DFW — Argyle, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Northlake, Justin, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Lantana, Bartonville, Copper Canyon, Double Oak, and Denton. Outside that circle? Call us — we travel for the right job.
Within our core service area, no. For jobs outside it, we may add a small travel fee that's quoted upfront — never a surprise at the curb.
Yes to all three. We work in Country Club neighborhoods, on working farms, and everywhere in between.
Same-day for most calls before noon. Next-day for almost everything else. Big projects book 2-5 days out. We give a real arrival window — never "between 8am and 5pm."
$1M general liability coverage. Certificates of insurance available on request.
Monday–Saturday 7am–8pm. Sunday by appointment.

My Appointment

No — as long as we can access whatever needs to be hauled away. We'll text you before/after photos when the job's done.
Text or call any time before your scheduled window — no fees, no fuss. We'd rather move your appointment than show up to a "never mind."
We give a 2-hour arrival window when you book and text you 30 minutes before we roll up.
We haul rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe (lightning, ice), we'll reach out to reschedule.
Every time. You shouldn't have to clean up after the cleanup crew.
Yes. Donatable items go to local nonprofits (Goodwill, Habitat ReStore, veteran charities). Metals get recycled. Donation receipts available on request.
Yes — for property managers, realtors, builders, and HOAs. Monthly or on-call service with consolidated invoicing and net-30 terms after the first three jobs.
Marine veteran owned. Upfront flat pricing — no quote-game phone calls. Same-day in most cases. And if the job's smaller than the photos showed, we adjust down on the spot — most operators don't, we do.
